Our early morning wake-up time is so crucial to our productivity each day. Most of us mistakenly believe there’s some truth to the mind’s dialogue. And so, most of us listen to what it has to say.
The morning dreamy state can be full of negativity and filled with doom and gloom! This can start your day off in the wrong way ending in Troublesville! Beware!! Don’t get caught up in this trap.
Create your own tricks to overcome this habit. Here are a couple of thoughts:
- When you get out of bed intentionally direct your awareness to your feet and feel each step you make wherever you are heading.
- Concentrate on focusing all of your thoughts to the present moment during your waking time. Watch its tendency to drift away to the future or past. Keep watching it and those needless fictional stories will fade away!
The sun is always behind those clouds of doubt! Let it shine!
