Welcome to Hope!

Defeated. Defective. Deserted. Deprived.

If you’ve ever felt this way—and I know from experience that we’ve all felt this way—it often seems there’s no way out, that life will always be disappointing. Sometimes it even feels like we’re alone, that no one else will ever understand how hard it is to make it through a day, much less make a change for the better.

I want you to know that I was there—I was defeated, believed I was defective, felt deserted and deprived of the life I really wanted to live. But I made it through and have been happy and depression-free for more than 14 years. It’s not about medication. It’s not about being “fixed.” It’s not even about changing your thoughts: it’s about reducing your thoughts, and I can help you do that. All you have to do is ask.

A Note From Dr. Jones

In the years that I have known Roland, he demonstrated a breakthrough for himself that has obviously brought him much freedom and happiness.  I have been amazed at Roland’s recovery of depression.  It is very rare to see such a turn-around.
